Unburden from Depression

If your depression feels like it’s been going on for too long, or if you find yourself spiraling into it every time something difficult happens, this group is for you. Unburden from Depression is designed for those who have experienced depression more than once and are ready to take proactive steps toward lasting change.

Group psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to learn not only from expert clinical psychology strategies but also from others who truly understand what it feels like. You’ll be part of a supportive, motivating environment where you can exchange ideas, share experiences, and help each other apply new approaches to managing depression.

Research has shown that psychotherapy groups can be just as effective as individual sessions for treating depression, and this cost-effective approach allows you to address your mental health in a collaborative, encouraging setting. If you’re ready to make a change and invest in your well-being, this group is a powerful next step on your journey.
