Reclaiming Control - group therapy for eating issues
If you’re struggling with binge eating, food obsession, or feeling out of control around food, you’re not alone—and it’s not your fault. Many people face these challenges, often feeling trapped in a cycle of guilt, shame, and constant worry about eating. This group is here to help you break free.
Our program isn’t about strict diets or weight loss as a primary goal. While changes in weight may occur, the true aim is to unburden you from the emotional toll of food struggles. Through the principles of Intuitive Eating and related psychological strategies, you’ll learn to rebuild trust in your body, reduce emotional eating, and let go of food’s overwhelming grip on your mind.
Together, we’ll work toward a happier, healthier life—one where food is no longer a source of stress but simply a part of your day. It’s about finding balance, building self-compassion, and reclaiming the joy that food and life can bring.
