Collective Courage - group therapy for those with serious medical illnesses
If you are living with a serious medical condition, such as cancer, MS, chronic pain, or another illness that impacts your daily life, you may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of how to manage the emotional and psychological challenges that come with it. Collective Courage is a psychotherapy group designed to support individuals facing illness by helping to navigate the deep personal struggles that often arise.
This group provides a safe, supportive space for those whose sense of self, identity, and capacity to manage their life may feel threatened by their condition. We understand that discussing your suffering with family and friends can sometimes feel burdensome, which is why this group is a place where you can share openly with others who truly understand and are willing to listen.
Led by experienced psychologists, this group introduces strategies and psychological insights tailored to those with medical illnesses. Together, we will explore ways to manage psychological distress, build resilience, and implement practical approaches to improve your emotional well-being.
If you’re seeking a compassionate space where you can express yourself freely and gain practical tools to better cope with the impact of illness on your life, Collective Courage is here to support you.
