Surviving High School - a group for teenagers
High school can be tough—whether it’s the pressure from teachers, friends, or family, or just the overwhelming feeling of being self-conscious, unmotivated, or anxious. Maybe you’re dealing with social anxiety, bullying, or feeling isolated and awkward. It’s normal to feel like you’re not sure how to handle everything that’s going on, but you don’t have to face it alone.
Surviving High School is a group designed for teens who are struggling with the stress and challenges of high school life. We understand that joining a group might feel intimidating, especially if you’re feeling anxious or unsure of how to fit in. But don’t worry—our psychologist is amazing at creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone is included, respected, and supported. Judgment and negativity are not part of this group.
In this group, you’ll gain skills to build your social confidence, communicate more effectively, and understand social situations better. You’ll also learn practical coping strategies for dealing with difficult people, managing your own thoughts, and reducing stress. Plus, you’ll connect with others who understand what you’re going through, helping to reduce isolation and build a sense of belonging.
If you’re ready to take control of your high school experience, improve your mental well-being, and gain the skills to handle whatever comes your way, Surviving High School is here to help you feel more confident and capable.
