Mind, Body and Food

Ongoing digestive symptoms and hormonal changes can take a real toll on mood, sleep, stress and confidence. Annabel brings a compassionate understanding of this connection to every consultation, helping clients feel heard as well as helped.

Therapeutic Style

Annabel's approach is guided by three principles: evidence over trends, warmth over formality, and progress over perfection. She is non-judgmental and easy to talk to, and focuses on sustainable changes that fit real life. Her philosophy is simple: no food fear, just joy and balance.

Gut Health and Women's Health

Annabel is widely recognised for her expertise in gut health, working with clients experiencing IBS, Coeliac disease, Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis, constipation and food intolerances, including the low FODMAP approach. Her own experience with digestive issues gives her a genuine understanding of how disruptive these symptoms can be.

She is equally passionate about women's health, with particular expertise in perimenopause and menopause nutrition. Annabel understands the close link between hormonal and digestive health, and supports women to navigate the changes that come with each life stage.

Annabel also works with clients using GLP-1 medications and those looking to build a healthier relationship with food.
