Our Practice Manager looks after the day-to-day running of the practice and works behind the scenes to make sure things run as smoothly as possible. They’re also continually looking at how we can improve our processes and the experience we provide to our clients.

Our Practice Manager is a good person to talk to if you have feedback about your experience with us.

As a small business, positive feedback really does mean a lot. It helps us understand what we’re doing well and what is most meaningful to our clients. If something hasn’t gone well, we want to hear about that too. It gives us the opportunity to understand what happened, address it where we can, and consider what we could do differently in future.

If you have a concern or would like to make a complaint, our Practice Manager is usually the best place to start. They can listen to what has happened, answer your questions and talk you through your options. You can find more information about our feedback and complaints process here.

You may also notice that we don’t have a large number of online reviews. There are particular privacy and ethical considerations around online reviews for psychology practices, so we don’t encourage people to publicly identify themselves as clients of our practice. Because of this, we rely heavily on direct feedback from people we work with.
