Inner Compass
A small group for girls aged 12 to 15, to build confidence, connection and a stronger sense of who they are.

Why Unburden Psychology & More
Inner Compass is run by a psychologist, not a general youth worker, and groups are kept small so everyone feels safe and heard. Some young people find it much easier to open up alongside others their age than one-on-one, and others really benefit from practising how to connect with their peers. Parents are kept in the loop about what the group covers, so you can support your daughter at home.
Inner Compass runs in two formats: as an intensive over a couple of days, or as afternoon sessions over six weeks, so you can choose what suits your family best.
Who runs Inner Compass
Inner Compass is run by Dr Laura Mills, psychologist, who also leads the clinical content for our school and community workshops.

For girls reading this
It's not school, and it's not a lecture. It's a small group of girls your age, working through real stuff together, with a psychologist who gets it. You don't have to share anything you're not comfortable with. Most girls find it's a relief to realise they're not the only one.
