Overview

Your workday ends. Does your mind? Learn practical ways to manage everyday stress in this 90-minute group workshop.

You finish work, get home and finally have a moment to yourself. But your mind is still going.

Thinking about tomorrow, replaying conversations, running through everything you need to do. Even when there's nothing urgent happening, switching off can feel difficult.

Sound familiar?

Join us at Unburden Psychology & More for a practical, 90-minute workshop designed to help you better understand stress and explore ways to manage it in everyday life.

Led by Clara Grossmann, counsellor and psychotherapist, this small-group session introduces mindfulness-based techniques through simple explanations and guided exercises.

No previous experience with mindfulness is needed.

What you'll learn

Throughout the workshop, we'll explore:

  • How stress can affect your mind and body.

  • Why it can be difficult to switch off, even when your day is finished.

  • Practical mindfulness-based techniques to help you respond to everyday stress.

  • Simple exercises you can practise at work, at home or when life feels overwhelming.

This isn't about clearing your mind completely or spending hours meditating. It's about learning to notice what's happening and developing practical ways to respond.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for anyone who feels like their mind is constantly switched on.

Whether you're managing a team, running a business, juggling family responsibilities or simply finding it difficult to slow down, this session offers an opportunity to step away from the everyday rush and learn something useful.

You don't need to be experiencing severe stress to attend, and you don't need any experience with mindfulness.

What to expect

This is a relaxed, facilitator-led group workshop with practical explanations and guided exercises.

You'll be introduced to techniques you can continue exploring in your own time.

Each workshop is a standalone session, so you only need to attend once.
