Clinical Naturopathy

Getting to the root of what your body has been trying to tell you.

Who clinical naturopathy can help

Naturopathy can be a good fit when your mental health and physical health are affecting each other, or when your tests come back "normal" but you still don't feel right. People often see our naturopath for:

  • fatigue, burnout and poor sleep

  • gut health and digestion

  • hormonal health, including painful or irregular periods, PMOS (formerly PCOS) and perimenopause

  • skin concerns, such as acne, eczema and rosacea

  • anxiety, low mood and chronic stress, where the body is part of the picture

What to expect

Your first consultation is a detailed health assessment to look for patterns and contributing factors. Suzanne will review any existing pathology, and where it's useful, may recommend further testing such as gut microbiome or hormone testing. From there you'll get a structured plan, which may include herbal medicine, nutritional support and lifestyle changes, with clear next steps and follow-up.

Psychology & more

Why Unburden Psychology & More

Naturopathy is one of our longer-term, root-cause approaches. It works well on its own, and alongside psychology, acupuncture or our dietitian. Because we're one team under one roof, your care can be coordinated, and Suzanne will always check how any herbal medicines fit with medication you already take. Our whole team is trauma-informed, so you'll be treated as a whole person, not a list of symptoms.

Who offers clinical naturopathy

Dr Suzanne Wilson is a qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Naturopathy from Southern Cross University, and is also a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Acupuncture). She practises from our Rocklea rooms and describes her consultations as structured, analytical and tailored to you.
